Most conference space sends delegates off to a hotel at the end of the day. Here the function rooms, the catering and the beds are all inside the same eleven acres, and the beds are full suites with kitchens and living rooms rather than standard rooms.

Board meetings, sales kick offs, training sessions and multi day retreats. Audio visual is available, catering is on site, and the coast is a few minutes away when the session ends.

Family reunions
Two bedroom suites sleep four to six with a kitchen and living room, so families cook together and children have somewhere to nap. The function rooms handle the big dinner.

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, showers, rehearsal dinners, celebrations of life and holiday parties, for a dozen people or two hundred.

The Maine Ballroom
The largest space, with a dance floor, French doors onto the gardens and a bank of windows for daylight. Suits banquets, presentations, reunions and large celebrations equally well.

The York Room
Upstairs in the conference center. The right size for a reunion dinner, a shower, a training day or a working lunch, with a mid sized function room and an intimate board room alongside it.

A covered stone terrace off the ballroom and eleven acres of lawn and gardens beyond it. Used for receptions, barbecues, outdoor sessions and anything that works better in the open air.

How large a group can Village by the Sea host?
The conference center handles groups from two to 200 across more than 4,700 square feet of function space. The Maine Ballroom seats up to 200; the York Room seats up to 60.
Do you offer on site accommodations for event guests?
Yes. Attendees stay in one and two bedroom condominium suites on the same eleven acres, each with a full kitchen, living room and private deck. Group room blocks are set up at no up front cost.
Is catering available?
Full catering is provided on site, with plated and buffet menus customized to your group. Coffee and tea service, breakfasts and working lunches can all be arranged.
Is audio visual equipment available?
Yes, audio visual equipment is available for meetings and presentations. Charges may apply depending on what you need.
What kinds of events do you host?

Can we book function space without booking rooms?
Yes. Function rooms can be booked on their own for meetings and daytime events, though most groups take advantage of the on site suites.
