Village by the Sea is a condominium resort on eleven acres in Wells, run by a small team that knows every guest by the time they leave. We hire year round for the front desk and housekeeping, and seasonally across the property.

Checking guests in, answering the phone, taking reservations and knowing the property well enough to put a family in the right unit.

Turning over full condominium suites rather than hotel rooms. Detail matters here and the work is steady through the year.

Day of Event Coordinators
Coordinate weddings and special events on the day of the event, working with vendors, guests and staff to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Maintenance & grounds
Eleven acres, fifteen buildings, two pools and a lot of landscaping. General maintenance, pool care and groundskeeping.

Sales Agents
Connect with clients, answer inquiries and help turn event and venue opportunities into successful bookings through excellent communication and service.

Lead teams and oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, smooth event execution and a positive experience for guests and clients.

Support the team with scheduling, communication, paperwork and day-to-day administrative tasks that keep operations organized and efficient.
