Two Bedroom Unit are Starting at $1600
Unit features two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer. These units are located on 1st, 2nd, and top floor / stairs only.
All units are nonsmoking and sorry no pets permitted.
Rentals include basic cable, WIFI, and use of onsite amenities based on availability.
Electricity is billed separately.
Terms and conditions in the town of Wells, we are only permitted to rent units for a total of 28 consecutive nights (call for details). You cannot receive mail at this address, register to vote using this address, you cannot claim this as your permanent residence, or have a school aged child residing with you.

Premium Unit, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, king bed, queen bed, sleep sofa, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryers. Primary heat is the propane rinnai heater, with secondary heat source being electric. This unit is $2,000 per month, plus electric.
2B is a two bedroom, two bath, first floor level unit located in the Chickadee building. This Premium Unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryers.
