All of one bedroom units have a separate single bedroom, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room, and many include a pull-out sofa. They do not have a washer and dryer, but a coin-operated laundry is available. The building that holds our one-bedroom units is located on a hill; therefore, all one-bedroom units are located down one flight of stairs and feature a walk-out patio. Once inside the unit, you’ll be greeted by a triple bay window in the living room and a large sliding glass door off the master. The maximum number of occupants is four.
