Village by the Sea in Wells Maine is ideally located between Boston and Portland, and an easy trip from anywhere! We are the perfect location to enjoy Wells and the neighboring towns of Kennebunkport and Ogunquit.

Northbound – From the Boston area and points south

1. Take I-95 North from Massachusetts, continue 18 miles through New Hampshire and into Maine
2. Stay on I-95 North, which will become the Maine Turnpike
3. Take Exit 19 (Wells Exit) off the Maine Turnpike.
4. As you get off the exit, take a left onto Route 109 towards Wells. Follow Route 109 to the end
5. At the Route 109/One traffic light, turn right on Route 1, South.
6. Continue on Route 1, South for 0.6 miles, Village by the Sea is on the left.

Southbound–From Portland area and points north

1. Take the Maine Turnpike (I-95) South.
2. Take Exit 19 (Wells Exit) off the Maine Turnpike
3. As you get off the exit, take a left onto Route 109 towards Wells. Follow Route 109 to the end
4. At the Route 109/One traffic light, turn right on Route 1, South.
5. Continue on Route 1, south for 0.6 miles, Village by the Sea is on the left.
