Build Your Own Wedding Package
Available during most off-season dates November 2016-April 2017 (date restrictions may apply). Current ME tax (8%) & gratuity (23%) are not included in pricing below. Tax and gratuity are only added to bar packages and food items.

Base Package Includes - $29.95 per person (50 person minimum)
Ballroom Rental (5 hours)
Standard linen (White or Cream Tablecloths, White or Cream Napkins)
China & Flatware
Salad served with fresh rolls & butter
   Mixed Greens with choice of dressing or Classic Caesar
Choice of two entrees
   Chicken – Imperial Chicken, Chicken Saltimbocca, or Chicken Parmesan
   Beef – Hanger Steak or Prime Rib (Buffet Only)
   Fish – Traditional Maine Baked Haddock or Roasted Filet of Salmon
   Vegetarian – Stuffed portabella mushroom cap or Butternut Squash Ravioli with a sage brown butter sauce
Choice of one starch
   Fingerling potatoes sautéed in garlic, mashed potatoes, rice pilaf
Choice of one vegetable
   Grilled vegetable medley, asparagus, or green beans with sliced almonds

Bar Setup/Bartender fee
   $100 if 100 guests or less
   $200 if 101-200 guests
Bar Minimum – $10 per person. This is the minimum amount that your guests must consume during the event, you are not responsible for this amount unless your total bar tab falls below the minimum amount (example: If you have 57 guests, your bar minimum is $570. If your bar tab is $450, you would be responsible for the remaining $120, plus tax and gratuity on this amount)

      To include carrots, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, celery sticks, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, peppers, and served with a spinach dip
   Hummus Display ($2pp)
      Pureed chickpeas, Tahini, olive oil, cumin, parsley and a hint of garlic. Accompanied by Pita
   Antipasti Display ($5pp)
      Meat: Soppresota, capicola, ham capicola, ham, Genoa or salami, mortadella, pepperoni, hot or sweet dry sausage. Cheese: Imported and domestic provolone, smoked mozzarella, fontina, Jarlsberg, cheddar, muenster, gorgonzola, Danish blue, imported and domestic Swiss, pepperoni cheese, goat cheese &brie.
